Due to heightened security at DIA (Denver International Airport), it is necessary to follow the steps below for a successful pickup.

Instructions for a successful pickup at DIA

1. After landing at DIA, please call A & J Limousine Service at 303-696-0770 so that we are informed of your arrival.

2. Proceed to Baggage Claim to collect your bags by following the overhead signs throughout the terminal.

3. After collecting your luggage, the next step is contingent upon which side of the terminal you are located.

If you are on the East side of the terminal, please proceed to
Level 5, # 511.

If you are on the West side of the terminal, please proceed to
Level 5, Door # 506.

4. Once at the door, cross the street to the Island #1 and proceed to the limousine booth.

5. Inform the attendant at the limousine booth that you are waiting for A & J Limousine Service so that they may dispatch your limousine for you.

6. Please wait near the limousine booth for your driver to meet you within 5 to 7 minutes from the time A & J Limousine is dispatched.
